A traditional Egyptian dessert that's reminiscent of bread pudding, but so much more indulgent.

Ingredients:
150g Puff pastry,rolled and baked /Mille Feuille,cooked weight
125g Milk
125g Fresh Cream
10g Rose Water
10g PineSeeds
10gSultans
10g Sultanas
10g Pistachios
50g Sugar
1 Pinch of Salt
150g Fresh Whipped Cream
Method:
Break puff pastry into small pieces, place in oven proof dish and add rose water.
Heat milk, fresh cream and ugar until mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat, pour over pastry and sprinkle with pine seeds, pistachio and sultanas.
Pipe whipped cream over the top and bake at 200C for approximately 10 minutes or until golden in colour.
