Sizzling Sausages in Bacon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good-quality smoked or unsmoked bacon makes all the difference.

Ingredients:
6 long slices of dry-cured streaky bacon
18 cocktail sausages (we use thin Butcher's own sausages)
Method:
Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/gas 5. Stretch each of the bacon rashers out with the back of a knife and cut each one into three pieces.
Wrap a piece of bacon tightly around each sausage, and place, spaced apart, onto a baking tray ready for cooking.
Cook the sausages in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until they're cooked through and crisp. Serve hot with your roast turkey.
Cook's Tip
You can prepare the sausages without cooking, up to 2 days before, then cover and keep in the fridge. If you want to start even earlier, you could also freeze the uncooked wrapped sausages. Make sure you thaw them overnight in the fridge and then cook as directed.
