Dadu's Beetroot & Chocolate Cake

Beetroot adds depth and moisture to this chocolate cake.

Ingredients:

200g Plain Flour

100g Cocoa Powder

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

250g Brown Sugar

175g Beetroot, grated

3 eggs

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

100ml Oil

100g Chocolate, grated

Method:

Mix the dry ingredients well, before adding in all the other ingredients, except for the grated chocolate - add this in when all others are well mixed.

Bake for 1hr at 190C
