Zander's Dinner Rolls ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ingredients:

  • 200g Strong Flour

  • 1 tsp (5ml) Salt

  • 7g packget Fast Action Dried Yeast

  • 150 ml Warm Water (Note: We would use less salt)


Method:

Knead for 10mins until soft and springy. Then, let sit, covered with a damp cloth in an oiled bowl, in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Shape. Place on flour-dusted tray, cover with damp cloth and allow to prove in warm place for 40m - 1h. Then bake for 25-30m at 230C/210C fan/gas 8.
