Ingredients: 50g Vermicelli Pasta 200g Brown Rice
Method: Toast the vermicelli pasta to a light golden brown. Add in the brown rice and mix. Add hot freshly-boiled water to a level double that of the rice-vermicelli mix. Bring to the boil, lower heat to simmer and cover to cook for recommended time minus 5 minutes. Then put heat off, but let the covered rice sit to continue to steam cook.
